Leeds city council approached Ark Lighting to provide an improved lighting design that also saved energy! The fixtures had to be suitable for the humid and corrosive atmosphere found in this type of environment and therefore stainless steel fixings were used throughout. To reduce glare a mixture of direct and indirect aiming was used. The result provided a 33% increase in light levels and a 48% reduction in energy consumption.
The project used a combination of Arrow LED Floodlight and Saturn LED High Bay.
