The eagerly awaited Chocolate Works development has now launched, and is situated next to York Racecourse, within a 10 minute walk of Bishopthorpe Road. The Chocolate Works is providing contemporary new homes in this incredible city, on the land belonging to the former Terry’s Chocolate Factory in York, and will include a mixture of 1-4 bedroom homes and apartments, appealing to a range of buyers.
The contemporary Alyria LED lantern mounted on a tappered columns were selected by the architect finished in matching paint, along with acamarachi bollard with fin accessory and canon recessed uplighters to further enhance the development.
